Tentative Daily Schedule

 

6am-7:30 am morning practice  

7:30 am- 8:30am  dharma / theory discussion

8:30-10 am Leveled yoga class 1/2/3 experience  1.5 *most days

10-11:30am  Breakfast/ Break beach meditation

11:30-2:00 pm  course work /theory

2:00-3:00 pm  lunch/break on site with group

3:00-6:30   dinner/sunset/break  reflection & reading

6:30-8:30 pm  evening sessions / group work / study sessions
